Now, Yolen stood in the presence of the Alchemist.
The others were at the tavern taking their leisure. The day was long, and the ingredients were all collected. A little diversion was due. Rhiannon had lead the way to the tavern in Umbra and it was there that Yolen was able to inquire to speak with Ceinwyn. The barmaid was very kind to show him the way to the Sepulchre. Ceinwyn too was kind in referring Yolen to the Alchemist.
Now, Yolen stood in the presence of the Alchemist.
Yolen did his best to explain Fong's situation to the man. The Alchemist listened as Yolen praddled on and on, only vaguely listening as if better things could be attended. That is, until Yolen listed the ingredients gathered, namely the blackrock. At that, the man seemed to take more interest in the conversation and discussed how each ingredient was to help. But the blackrock would do more harm than good.
Now with the man's interest he asked more of Fong's condition, to which Yolen sullenly informed him that he has been unconcious for some time. The Alchemist considered the situation for a moment and agreed to help. He asked to be called upon when Fong came to and he would readily mix the ingredients (less the blackrock for which he asked for himself). Yolen thanked the man graciously and returned to the tavern.
Now, Yolen stood in the presence of a distraught young woman.
The merriment was only just beginning to wane when he arrived. Upon entering, Rhiannon was the first to race to his side. With a worried and frustrated, yet excitable manner, she inquired to the interview... Did you find him? What did he say? Will he help? Is Fong safe?
